Free to publish in Chemical Science

Chemical Science is the flagship journal from the Royal Society of Chemistry, with an impact factor of 8.31 (placing it amongst the best journals in its category).

It's also open access, which means the research it publishes is available to all, free of charge.

Some open access journals charge authors money for publishing their research - these charges are known as Article Publishing Charges or APCs.

Chemical Science has waived APCs for at least the next two years, meaning that researchers can publish their work for free, regardless of their funding status.

More information can be found on the Royal Society of Chemistry website
